BSA Student and PostDoc Travel Awards

BSA is providing 10 $500 travel awards to students and postdocs to attend the BOTANY 2025 - Botany without Barriers conference in Tucson, Arizona July 26-30. Eligible applicants must be a current student or postdoc member of the BSA and must present a talk or poster at the conference. Funds will be disbursed at the conference.

Deadline is March 3, 2025.

APPLICATIONS:
Because BSA funds are limited, we respectfully request that students and postdocs with well-funded advisors and institutions not apply so that these funds may go to those with the greatest financial needs, who otherwise have no other sources of funding to attend the conference.

Current BSA members can access the awards portal by clicking here and logging in with your BotanyID/Password. Once signed in, click on the "2025 - BSA Student and PostDoc Travel Award" link and you should see a blue button that says "+ Create New Travel Award Application" at the bottom if your login was successful.
