2022–23 Longwood Gardens Fellows Program Applications Close August 31

Do you have a passion to lead in the public horticulture environment? Grow that passion and advance your leadership journey by applying or nominating a candidate to be a part of our 2022–23 Fellows cohort.

A unique leader-development program, our tuition-free, 13-month Fellows Program is a residential working and learning experience tailored to further develop high-potential individuals’ leadership skills while heightening their self-awareness. During the program, Fellows delve into topical leadership-related issues and learn from thought leaders across a spectrum of professions. The program also features a monthly stipend, housing, and individualized opportunities for global leader development in the field of public horticulture.

The 2022–23 Fellows Program begins in June 2022. Cohort applications close August 31, 2021.

In-person interviews will be held in October 2021. Longwood provides all airfare, lodging, and meals during the interview period. The 2022-23 Fellows Program begins in June 2022.
